vendors of all types are welcome

we limit the number of food/drink vendors to ensure variety & limited competition

no vending cars allowed in display / vendor area .. please park in vendor parking areas

check in upon arrival for set up, at the merch booth inthe main exhibit hall

vendor booth includes 2 wristband admission passes. additional wristbands needed for staff will be sold at a discounted rate of $5 each person cash only

camping is available for $39 per night & includes 15 & 30 amp electric

set up is either, friday anytime between 3 pm -7 pm or saturday 7 am - 9 am

display must be set up & ready by the time gates open at 9 am

gates open to the public saturday at 9 am

GATES OPEN TO SHOW CARS AT 8 AM for registration

vendor booths may close down saturday night after 5 pm or choose to stay open later

please do not leave any trash behind when you tear down, clean your space

you are responsible for keeping your display area clean & ready to sell at all times

no electricity is provided. if you need power, please bring a portable power station

for food/drink vendors, power is available for purchase of $50

you must provide your own table, tents, chairs, signs, supplies..etc

Vendor assumes all risk of loss or damage to merchandise or other property

rain or shine event, no refunds for any reason will be given, no exceptions

We are not responsible for any injury, death or bodily harm that may occur

insurance is highly recommended to carry for duration of event

no security staff on site.. leave merchandise unprotected at own risk

no pets allowed, except for service animals, they must have vest on & be trained

you must follow all fairgrounds, federal, state & local laws

event host has the right to “kick you out” of event if hosts deems necessary for any reason

no refunds will be given for any reason, no exceptions

no drama or complainers, this is a fun event for a good cause! be nice! have fun! sell some stuff!
