vendor booth includes 2 wristband admission passes for the weekend, additional wristbands needed for staff will be sold at a discounted rate of $5 per day

camping is available for $39 per night & includes 15 & 30 amp electric

set up is either, friday anytime between 3 pm - 7 pm or saturday 7 am - 9 am

display must be set up & ready by the time gates open 

gates open to the public saturday at 9 am & close at 10 pm

GATES OPEN TO SHOW CARS AT 8 AM (some arrive earlier)

vendor booths may close down saturday night after 5 pm

must be fully out & space cleaned by sunday at noon, please don’t leave trash

you are responsible for keeping your display area clean & ready to sell

no electricity is provided. if you need power, please bring a portable power station

you must provide your own table, tents, chairs, signs, supplies..etc

Vendor assumes all risk of loss or damage to merchandise or other property

rain or shine event, no refunds for any reason will be given, no exceptions

We are not responsible for any injury, death or bodily harm that may occur

insurance is recommended to carry for duration of event

no security staff on site. don’t leave merchandise unprotected if worried

must follow all fairgrounds, federal, state, county, local rules & laws

event host has the right to “kick you out” or “remove” you from event if hosts deems necessary for any reason. no refunds will be given. please be kind & respectful to everyone involved. no drama or complainers this is a fun event for a good cause!
